y222 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and y222 ("y222", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the y222 website at y222.biz, creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any game or betting activity offered by y222, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with registration or use the platform. y222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically — we will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all players based in Pakistan and all transactions processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the y222 platform. Where these Terms reference PKR or Pakistani Rupees, they apply exclusively to the currency used in your y222 account.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open and use a y222 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y222 strictly prohibits underage gaming. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or any other legal entity acting on behalf of another party).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of y222 or any of its associated game providers.
• You must not have been previously banned or excluded from the y222 platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a y222 enforcement action.

y222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or permanently closed. Winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be voided.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) y222 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, valid mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and for updating your account details promptly if any information changes.

Your y222 account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. y222 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact y222 support immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow another person to place bets using your account.
• Do not register on behalf of a third party or allow a third party to fund your account for the purpose of betting.
• Do not use a VPN or proxy to circumvent location-based access controls on the platform.

y222 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point. This may include requesting copies of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. y222 is committed to processing these checks efficiently so that your gaming experience is not unnecessarily interrupted.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on y222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y222 does not apply currency conversion charges. The payment methods currently accepted for deposits include:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT Bank Transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though y222 reserves the right to apply deposit limits in specific circumstances, including where responsible gaming flags have been raised on an account.

Deposits processed via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your y222 account balance in real time. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact y222 support with your transaction reference number.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your y222 account — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the associated account investigated.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by y222 in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before being processed.

Standard withdrawal processing times on y222 are as follows:

Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full. y222 will not process a withdrawal request where the account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet been wagered through. Players may forfeit unmet bonus funds to release their real-money balance for withdrawal — this option is available in the account settings.

y222 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of account verification, investigation of suspicious activity or compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Where such a delay is necessary, y222 will notify the player and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

6Bonuses & Promotions

y222 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• The standard wagering requirement for all y222 bonuses is 15× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds are awarded after a qualifying deposit has been made and are credited separately from real-money funds.
• Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds when bets are placed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via different accounts will be treated as a breach of the multiple accounts policy.
• y222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage strategies or collusion designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the voiding of all bonuses, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent account closure.

The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements varies. Live casino games generally contribute at a lower rate than slots. Where a promotion has individual terms that differ from these general bonus terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence.

7Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on y222 are subject to the following general rules, with specific game rules applying additionally for each individual game or betting market.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and staked, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player.
• y222 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds or a software malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are clearly displayed before each bet is placed. All minimum and maximum bet limits are shown in PKR.
• y222 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all digital games. The fairness of RNG outcomes is independently audited. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice or wheels.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the normal rules of the game. y222 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• y222 reserves the right to impose maximum bet or maximum payout limits on any game or account at any time, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y222 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, as well as potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one y222 account (including under different names or using different payment methods to conceal the connection between accounts)
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Using software tools, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for processing funds of illegal origin
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the y222 platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward y222 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

y222 employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity inconsistencies and potential collusion. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, y222 may suspend an account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. y222 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

9Responsible Gaming

These tools are available to all players at any time from within your account settings and can be activated immediately without needing to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you add to your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that appear after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, y222 will not reopen the account regardless of subsequent requests from the player.

10Account Suspension & Closure

y222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns that suggest abuse of bonuses or platform features
• At the written request of the account holder

Where an account is closed for a legitimate reason unrelated to a breach of Terms (for example, at a player's request or following self-exclusion), any real-money balance after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, y222 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, where those funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct. y222 will provide a written explanation of any such forfeiture to the player upon request.

11Privacy & Data

y222 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at y222.biz/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a y222 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y222 uses your personal data exclusively for the following purposes: account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, regulatory compliance and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y222's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — including in connection with any game outcome, technical failure, payment delay or other event — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y222 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, device failures or software issues on the player's side
• Delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or network outages beyond y222's reasonable control
• The player's failure to follow instructions or game rules correctly
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational damage

y222 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and upgrades may result in temporary unavailability of games or services. y222 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

13Amendments to These Terms

y222 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, y222 will:

• Display a notice on the y222 homepage informing players of the update
• Where the changes are significant, send an email notification to registered players

Your continued use of the y222 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Requests to close an account following a Terms amendment will be processed promptly and any real-money balance will be returned.
